References to payment methods familiar to Pakistani users — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are made for informational context only and do not constitute a partnership, endorsement or operational commitment on the part of those providers.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
Access to pk80 is strictly limited to individuals who are aged 18 years or older — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction, whichever is greater. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement at the time of registration. pk80 reserves the right to require proof of age at any stage and to suspend or close any Account where the age eligibility cannot be confirmed.
Satisfying the minimum age requirement does not, by itself, make participation in online gambling lawful in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction. Users are solely responsible for understanding whether their participation is lawful under the laws applicable to them.
Each User may hold only one registered Account on pk80. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same name, email address, device, IP address or payment method — are strictly prohibited. pk80 reserves the right to merge, suspend or permanently close duplicate accounts and to withhold any associated balances pending investigation.
Users are responsible for ensuring that access to and use of pk80 is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering. pk80 may block access from Restricted Jurisdictions at any time. Where a User is found to have accessed the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction, pk80 may void bets, forfeit bonus funds and withhold withdrawal requests pending a compliance review.
By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements and are not acting under duress, undue influence or on behalf of a third party without proper authorisation. Accounts registered on behalf of another person without their explicit knowledge and consent are not permitted.
To access the full range of pk80 Services, you must create a registered Account by providing accurate, current and complete information as requested in the registration form. This includes, without limitation, your legal name, date of birth, email address and country of residence.
You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point — including during KYC verification — is truthful, accurate and up to date. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account closure and forfeiture of funds.
pk80 may require Users to submit identity and verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to:
Documents must be submitted only through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification portal. Users must not send sensitive documents via unsecured channels, email or third-party platforms. pk80 will never request document submission through social media, SMS or unencrypted chat.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password or session tokens with any third party. pk80 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
Available deposit methods are displayed in the live cashier within your Account dashboard. The availability of any specific payment method — including those familiar to Pakistani users such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast or bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah — is subject to change without notice and depends on the operator's current integrations and the policies of the relevant payment service provider.
pk80 does not guarantee the availability of any particular payment method. None of the payment providers mentioned operates in endorsement of, partnership with or support of pk80 or any gambling activity.
Account balances are maintained and displayed in PKR. Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply and are published in the cashier section. These thresholds may vary by payment method.

pk80 is committed to anti-money laundering (AML) compliance as required by the Platform's licensing jurisdiction. pk80 reserves the right to request additional source-of-funds documentation, delay withdrawals pending investigation, or report suspicious activity to the relevant regulatory authority in accordance with applicable law.
Each bonus or promotional offer is subject to its own specific terms, including a wagering requirement, maximum bet limit during the bonus period, eligible games, expiry date and maximum cash-out. pk80 reserves the right to withhold, forfeit or reclaim Bonus Funds and winnings where it reasonably suspects abuse, including but not limited to: creation of multiple accounts to claim the same offer; use of prohibited staking strategies during a bonus; collusion; or provision of false information at registration.
Sports betting markets — including Pakistan cricket, PSL fixtures, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and other listed markets — are governed by the sports-betting rules published in the Platform's help centre. Bets are settled in accordance with official competition results as recognised by the relevant governing body. pk80 reserves the right to void bets in the event of obvious pricing errors, technical malfunctions or circumstances that render settlement impossible.
Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation or by live physical processes (in the case of live dealer tables). Game rules, minimum and maximum bet limits, and Return-to-Player (RTP) information — where provided — are accessible within each game's dedicated help or information screen.
In the event of a technical failure, disconnection or system error that interrupts a gaming session or bet settlement, pk80 will endeavour to restore the correct position based on available system records. pk80 shall not be liable for losses arising from interruptions to internet connectivity or third-party service failures outside the Platform's reasonable control.

In summary, pk80 collects personal information as reasonably necessary for account operation, KYC compliance, AML obligations and platform security. Data is not sold to third parties. Where sharing with service providers (such as KYC verification processors or payment intermediaries) is necessary, it is conducted under appropriate data-processing agreements and in accordance with applicable privacy standards.
pk80 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, pk80 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform or by emailing the address registered on a User's Account prior to the change taking effect.
Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the User's acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact our support team to close your Account.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which pk80 holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies of that jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer protection laws in the User's country of residence provide otherwise.
For Users resident in Pakistan, this clause does not override any mandatory rights granted under applicable Pakistani law. pk80 does not claim to operate under Pakistani law or to be subject to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts as a matter of contract.
